Privacy
Our privacy promise
We're parents you'd be trusting with your family's most sensitive information. So this page is written in plain language — no walls of legalese.
The short version
We never sell your data
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not “anonymised”. Our business model is your subscription — you pay us, advertisers don't.
No ads, ever
There are no ads in Alora and there never will be — and no tracking for advertising purposes.
You control access
You decide which therapists and family members can see your child's information — and you can revoke access instantly.
Delete everything, anytime
Email us and we erase everything that's yours. No retention games, no run-around.
What we collect today (pre-launch)
- Your email address, if you join the early-access list — used only for Alora news, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
- Which products interest you (if you tick them) — so we only write about what's relevant to you.
- Basic anonymous site statistics (which pages get visited), so we can learn what's useful.
When Alora launches
Your child's data — communication, therapy, sleep, diet, health — is stored encrypted and isolated per family at the database level. We collect only what helps your child. AI processing exists solely to produce your family's insights — your data doesn't train models for anyone else.
Your rights
We're based in Bulgaria (EU), so the GDPR applies in full: the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. No process required — one email is enough.
